The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, loss or damage in- transit, or damage resulting from: If defects raised are caused by accidents, alteration, misuse, abuse, ignorance, mishandling, voltage fluctuation, neglect, substitution of original components with spurious/nongenuine components, by pests, rodents, vermin, ants / insects / animals / birds etc. at customer?s residence, or caused and damaged by fire, waterlogging, flood, earthquake, lightning, and any other act of God / natural calamities. Defect is caused by the usage of third party product / spares like voltage stabilizer, power socket-outlet, MCB, extension board etc. If the product has been installed / serviced / repaired / opened / tampered / modified by any unauthorized personnel, and the serial number of the Product is missing, defaced or altered. If the product is not installed and/or maintained properly, or the site preparation is not conducive to the product?s usage and operation as per the Manual (provided in the box). |
