Tipster Digital Chat Station (translated from Chinese) on Weibo claimed that the Vivo X100 Pro+ will get a Samsung E7 AMOLED . The display is said to feature curved edges and a centrally located hole punch cutout to house the selfie shooter. The handset might also include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

For optics, the Vivo X100 Pro+ is tipped to carry a triple rear camera unit comprising a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto shooter with for 4.3x optical zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. The camera setup could also include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-900 sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. For selfies and video chats, it is said to carry a 32-megapixel front camera similar to the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro.
